On May 19, Baimazhandui, a 59-year-old man with hypertension from Muba Village, Cuogao Township, felt dizzy and had chest tightness. He came to Cuogao Township Health Center for treatment early in the morning. Unlike in the past, after Pan Duo, a doctor at the health center, instructed Baimazhandui to swipe his ID card on the health all-in-one machine, the health all-in-one machine automatically measured his blood pressure, body temperature, height, weight and body mass index. The machine automatically printed out the measurement report and synchronized the data to the database of Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital. Then, Dr. Pan Duo used a portable electrocardiograph to do an electrocardiogram for Baimazhandui, and the collected electrocardiogram data was also uploaded to the electrocardiogram room of Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital.

Dr. Pan Duo opened the Dingbei Health webpage in front of the computer and instructed Baimazhandui to sit in front of the computer and wait for the consultation. After reading the ID card with the ID card reader, the system automatically logged into his account and displayed the health data. The patient was Dr. Chen Jie from the Department of Cardiology of Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital. After a detailed consultation and analysis of the health data through a video connection, Dr. Chen prescribed hypertension drugs and healthy living guidance for Baimazhandui. Dr. Pan Duo printed out the prescription and gave it to Baima Zhandui to go to the pharmacy of the health center to pay and pick up the medicine.

With the support of the ninth batch of Guangdong Provincial Tibet Aid Team and the Health Commission of Linzhi City, township health centers such as Cogao Township in Gongbu Jiangda County became the first batch of Internet hospitals built by the Second People's Hospital of Guangdong Province in the Tibet Autonomous Region. Then, Dr. Yao connected Gao to an extremely small portable multi-parameter ECG monitor. The screen clearly displayed Gao's dynamic breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and ECG morphology. Dr. Yao quickly performed a 12-lead ECG for Gao, and collected ECG data and uploaded it to the ECG room of Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital. Finally, Dr. Yao opened the "Dingbei Health Webpage" on the computer screen. After reading Gao's ID card with the ID card reader, the system automatically logged into Gao's account and displayed his health data. He clicked "Remote Consultation", "Chat", and "Video". The doctor who received the consultation was Dr. Zhong from the Department of Cardiology of Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital. After a detailed analysis of the health data through the video link, Dr. Zhong prescribed hypertension drugs and health guidance for Gao. Dr. Yao printed out the prescription and handed it to Gao to pay for the medicine at the pharmacy of the health center. Then, Dr. Yao followed the same steps to diagnose and treat Luo and Zhang, villagers of Qionglin Village.

Nanyi Township, Milin County, is a border township. The Internet Hospital of Nanyi Township Health Center was completed on May 16. Its completion was strongly supported by the Ninth Batch of Guangdong Provincial Tibet Aid Team, Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital and Linzhi Municipal Health Commission. It has directly realized the sinking of Guangdong's provincial-level high-quality medical resources to the border villages of Milin County, directly improved the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of rural doctors, solved the problem of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, realized the essential connotation of Milin County's medical community construction, enhanced the people's sense of health, happiness and security, and laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of Milin County's medical and health care and "Healthy Milin".
